I ordered a shirt for my husband's birthday. The company's computer system had a glitch which caused my order to get overlooked. I emailed Ink Poisoning, they were very responsive- apologized, and sent me the shirt for free because of their mistake. That is excellent customer service, and I will be purchasing from them again in the near future. I definitely recommend this company based on them trying to keep a new customer happy.
